Winner’s Responsibility: Required Fees & Taxes

• Federal Income Tax Withholding: A mandatory payment of 24% of the vehicle’s fair market value (required by the IRS for prizes over $5,000).
• Ohio Sales Tax: Based on the winner's specific county of residence.
• Documentation Fee: $398.00 (as per the official Buyer's Order).
• Title Fee: $51.00.
• Proof of Insurance: The winner must provide valid proof of insurance before the title is transferred.
• Tax Documentation: The winner must complete and sign IRS Form W-2G.

To participate in the Keys for a Cause raffle, the following criteria must be met:

• Ohio Residency: In accordance with state regulations, this raffle is open only to legal residents of the State of Ohio.
• Age Requirement: All participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase.
• Friends and Supporters: We welcome and encourage all friends, extended family members, and community supporters of Stacey’s Purple Daisy Foundation to enter!
• Household Exclusion: To ensure 100% transparency and fairness, the primary raffle organizer (Dina Campola) and any immediate family members residing in her household are strictly ineligible to enter or win.
• Verification: The winner will be required to provide a valid government-issued ID as proof of Ohio residency and age before the prize can be claimed.

• A Public Event: The winning ticket will be pulled live at the Quail Hollow Charity Classic on June 7, 2026. This drawing will take place in front of over 200 guests and witnesses.
• Official Oversight: To ensure absolute legal fairness and transparency, we are honored to have Lake County Judge Mark Bartolotta perform the live drawing and announce our winner.
• Secure Ticket Management: Every physical ticket stub is secured at our foundation headquarters. Since our organizer, Dina Campola, manually registers each entry, we provide a digital safety net by emailing a high-resolution photograph of your actual ticket stub directly to you after purchase.
• Zero Conflict of Interest: To protect the integrity of the drawing, the raffle organizer (Dina Campola) and any immediate family members residing in her household are strictly prohibited from entering or winning this prize.
• Charity Stewardship: The foundation has already taken delivery of the 2026 Chevy Silverado. It is currently registered, insured, and held in the foundation’s name, ensuring the prize is fully secured and ready for the winner.
